Weight after work: 164.5
Warm today--58 at 5:30 am--and the gym was hot. I only went to 335 on deadlift because I felt tight in my left hamstring (was headed to 385). Bench went well; 205 triples were strong.
Key takeaway today is that this is the second time in about ten days that I've done two workouts within 12 hours of each other; the reason: having to do the track workout when it got warm enough to do it, after work, which means that one workout ends at 6 p.m. and the following one starts at 6 a.m. If I'm going hard, it means that I am not able to recover sufficiently. Right now, it's 6 hours past the second workout's end, and I'm sore, tired, and just a touch cranky.
Need to follow my own advice and stop acting like a teenager. Recover!
