Week of 3/4: More Nomad
Still just trying to keep the body loose without losing too much fitness. The transition with coaching continues, and I can’t get into the gym. Weather’s been bad, travel’s been worse. Next week (finally, after four weeks) I will be off the travel and back into my routine. It will be interesting to see where I am, fitness and strength-wise.
March 5, 6 a.m., You Fit
Not able to get into my gym today, so tagged along with my wife to her You Fit, a clean and pleasant facility. Wanted to get all three lifts in, getting warmed up. Not a lot of weight here; it’s been almost two weeks.
Squat up to 5 x 185 x 3
Deadlift up to 5 x 225 x 2, 5 x 275 x 1
Bench up to 5 x 155 x 3
Pull ups 5 x 3 sets
Pull throughs 8 x 150 x 3
Push downs 8 x 120 x 3

14 hours on a train. A test of core, I guess.
