Deficit Deadlifts
Starting Stuff: Close grip bench press 8 x 155 x 3, Paused Squats 5 x 155 x 3
Working: Deficit Deadlift triples at 225, 245, 275, 305, 315, 315
I was a little worried that my sprint workout would affect today's deadlifts, but no fear, things were all working just fine. The deficits are training me to be fast through the middle, and I am really feeling stronger on the movement.
