Starting Stuff:    Romanian deadlift 8 x 185 x 3

Working:            Bench press 4 x 165, 4 x 185, 4 x 190

                           3-Board Bench 3 x 195, 3 x 205, 3 x 215

Accessory           Incline 5 x 95, 5 x 115, 5 x 135

              A strong workout, in the sense that the movements were all pretty explosive. I do have a twinge in my right shoulder that has not been there previously, a result (I think) of my hand placement being a little off.

              I’m having difficulty getting my head around running in the “cold”—the strange part is that I’ve run in much colder. But at 5:30 a.m., in the dark, even 40 degrees seems to be a strain.
