Back Home Benching
Starting: Romanian deadlift 8 x 205 x 3
Working: Bench press 3 x 175, 3 x 195, 5 x 205
Accessory: Pushdown 8 x 150 x 3
Back in the saddle at home.
The big number here is the five reps at 205. I could have gone six, maybe seven.
What is up with that? I mean, it came off my chest with good speed and no more effort than I usually put into, say, 175.
Jeff says I need to go to Dallas for four days more often. I say, what the heck is going on?
