                               Pause Squat/Low Box 5 x 155 x 3

Working:              Deficit Deadlift 5 x 245, 5 x 265, 5 x 285, 5 x 245

Accessory:          Seated Row 8 x 170 x 3

                              Shoulder complex 8 x 10 x 3

Weight after workout: 165

Shouldn’t have been a good day. Poor sleep. Poor fuel. Mind out the window. But I spent the car ride over getting ready to pull, and when the time came I worked on being explosive.
